INGREDIENTS


1 mashed ripe banana


4 tablespoons of butter


1 cup of sugar


3/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder


1/2 cup of lowfat milk


1 teaspoon of vanilla extract


3 cups of pure oats


1/2 cup peanut butter


PREPARATION



  • In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients except for the vanilla and oats.

  • Over a medium heat, bring to a boil while stirring it often.

  • Let the mixture cool for few minutes, then add the vanilla and oats while stirring it well.

  • Drop by teaspoonful onto waxed paper and allow cooling.

  • Serve and enjoy!

Egg Pesto Sandwich


I’m sure that you had an egg sandwich before but if you ever had an egg pesto sandwich this is something you have to try. Eggs are one of the most simple, inexpensive protein pack foods that you could eat. But when you add a little pesto to it you can make something completely unique and different you never even tried before. Pesto is a fantastic nutritious healthy thing to keep in your refrigerator at all times.


I’m going to share with how to make egg pesto sandwich that’s got to go into your family’s weekly rotation. What I love about this sandwich because this is my son’s favorite sandwich in the world. This recipe is beautiful, super easy and it’s really perfect for school lunch for your kiddos. Let’s get started.


Ingredients


1 large egg


1 tbsp. pesto


Whole wheat Bread


1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese


1 tsp. vegetable oil

Procedure


Beat in egg and pesto. In a medium high heat nonstick cooking pan pour in vegetable oil.


Once it starts to cook fold the omelet into a square. What we are trying to do here is to make the egg pesto omelet into a square shape to fit into a bread.


In a piece of bread put some mozzarella cheese and the egg pesto omelet right on top of the bread.

If you want put a little more of mozzarella cheese. Put another bread on top and put it back to the pan and press it down and cook it for 2 minutes on each side or until it turns to golden brown.


And when it’s finished cut in into two and served.


The best part about this egg pesto sandwich is it only takes a minute to make and it’s a fully balanced meal, this is the best lunch or dinner that you can make in just a minute that staples in your fridge, have a happy tummy!

Mongolian Chicken

Hi guys, another great recipe that I would love to share with you, but before that, let me explain why I really love this Mongolian Chicken recipe, its sweetness and the spicy mixture is melting in your tongue plus the meat that you will use is chicken breast. I can’t refuse this kind of chicken recipe; I am in love in chicken, especially this Mongolian chicken recipe. This recipe is extremely delicious and easy to prepare. So, all you need are.


Mongolian Chicken Recipe


Ingredients:


3 pieces of chicken breast


1/4 cup of cornstarch (your cornstarch brand)


1/2 teaspoon of ginger (diced)


1 tablespoon of garlic (diced)

1/2 cup of soy sauce


1/4 cup of brown sugar


1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes


1/4 cup of green onions (sliced)


1/2 cup of water


Preparation:


• First thing first, mix the brown sugar and water until brown sugar is dissolved, add your soy sauce then add the red chili pepper flakes. Slice your chicken breast into a bite size and place it in a bowl add your cornstarch you can sub it with arrow root or any flour of your choice to thicken your sauce

• Spray some olive oil in your saucepan and heat, and then add garlic and sauté for a few seconds then add your ginger. Once your chicken is cooked already, pour your soy sauce mixture.

• Let it cook until the sauce lessen down and thickens up. Slice your green onions while waiting for your sauce to thicken. When it’s cooked already, serve it up and sprinkle your green onions to your sweet spicy Mongolian chicken and enjoy eating.

Easy Cheese Enchiladas

I am one of those people who love Mexican food just like easy cheese enchiladas because of its taste and easiness of preparation. As a matter of fact, I cook Mexican dishes every end of the week and my whole family enjoys it. In today’s recipe, I will share to you on how to make the famous Cheese Enchiladas Recipe. This food is great for family bonding since it is very delicious and easy to prepare.


It’s doesn’t have to be always expensive when it comes to preparing foods to your daily love ones. With just few ingredients and few minutes of preparation, you can serve the rest of your family with this easy Cheese Enchiladas. So let’s not waste time and let’s start learning how to do it.


Easy Cheese Enchiladas Recipe


 


INGREDIENTS


1 pound of pure ground beef


1 large red onion


2 cups of salsa


1 can of dried black beans


1/4 cup of low-fat salad dressing


2 tbsp. low-fat taco seasoning


1/4 tsp. of ground cumin


6 flour tortillas


1 can of dried sweet corn


3/4 cup low-fat sour cream


2 cups low-fat Mexican cheese blend (shredded)


1 cup lettuce (shredded)


1 large chopped tomato


put oil on the pan     cooking onions

PREPARATION


1. Get a large skillet and with a medium heat, cook altogether the beef and onion until it is no longer pink and drain.


2. Stir it in the dressings, sour cream, taco seasoning, cumin, salsa and corn.


3. Put a layer of meat mixture on the bottom of 2 pints baking dish, then sprinkle it with some grated cheese.


4. Put a flour tortilla on top of the meat mixture.


5. This time, layer the meat mixture and cheese with half and do as many layers as you like.


6. On the last layer, put a lot of grated cheese.


7. If all done, bake it within 20-30 minutes at 350° temperature.


8. After this, wait for 5 minutes before you top it with tomato and lettuce. Serve and enjoy!
