Chicken Fritters Recipe

Ingredients
3 tablespoons Gold Medal flour
1 cup chicken stock
2 cups cold minced chicken
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon celery salt
Procedure
Mince the leftover or boiled chicken. Melt the butter then add the minced chicken together with flour and salt, cook together. Let it cool using ice and cut into 2 inches. Dip with remaining butter then coat it with flour. Deep fry the mixture until light brown. Drain and dry it with paper towels. Set aside.
