2 pounds beef, cut into cubes


4 cups water


1 chopped onion


1 crushed garlic clove


1 cup red bell pepper, cut into strips


1 cup tomato sauce


½ cup tomato paste


1/3 cup liver spread


1 cup cheese, grated


1 cup pineapple juice


3 pieces bay leaves


3 potatoes, sliced into 4 large slices


2 carrots, sliced

PROCEDURE:


  1. Boil water first before you bring beef to boil. Let it boil until smooth and tender and to make a perfect broth as well.
