How to Make Yummy Beef Rolls

Yummy Beef Rolls Recipe


Beef Rolls


Ingredients


One carrot


One small green pepper


One bunch of spring onions


400g Thinly sliced beef


1 tablespoon oil


¼ Cup flour for dusting


Parsley for garnish


For Sauce


2 tablespoons sugar


3 tablespoons soy sauce


3 tablespoons Mirin (cooking rice wine)


Procedure



  • Shred carrots, green peppers and spring onions into 2 inch lengths and set aside.

  • Tenderize beef into ½ inch thick pieces and slice them into 6 inch squares.

  • Arrange a small amount of carrot, green peppers and spring onion at one end of the beef.

  • Tightly roll the beef slices and then lightly dust them with flour.

  • In a large frying pan, heat the cooking oil over a medium-high heat.

  • Place beef rolls in the pan, joint-side down to prevent it from unravelling.

  • Fry the rolls for 1-2 minutes, or until cooked through.

  • To make the sauce, mix all of the remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour it over the cooking beef.

  • Slice beef rolls diagonally and garnish with parsley.
