Easy Meatloaf Recipe for Christmas Dinner

We always want something meaty and have a touch of sweetness kind of dishes. This recipe is perfect for holiday season because it has a unique taste which everyone does will be new favorite recipe. We usually love to eat sweets and meaty that’s why it comes up to my mind that this recipe is best for Christmas. INGREDIENTS:

½ cup brown sugar

½ cup ketchup

1 ½ kilo lean ground beef

¾ cup milk

2 eggs

1 ½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon ground pepper

1 medium onion, chopped

¼ teaspoon ground ginger

PROCEDURE:

1. Prepare the greased loaf pan while heating the 350 degrees Fahrenheit pre heat oven.


2. In a loaf pan. Form and pressed the brown sugar and top it with ketchup, spread.


3. In a mixing bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients and transfer it into the loaf pan. Form it into a loaf.


4. Baked it for 1 hour into the pre heated oven. Or until the juice come out clearer.

Now you have the ingredients and the steps on how to make this on process to have your own version of this. I suggested you to top a round cut pineapple with circular big tomatoes on side of the plate.

When we celebrated our Christmas family reunion, I made this recipe and it’s awesome. The whole family loves it. They’re always asks me to cook it again but instead, I teach them on how to cook this one in their own. I’m glad that they are all fast learners. Though this is a sweet different kind of recipe but it well cook and taste so good.  While teaching them about this recipe, they are all enjoying cooking together.
